Admin inside the chat room directly. Moderator are there to

2. What is A Chat Room Admin and a
SysOp?
Chat Admin:
A person available for your help inside the chat room he or
she has a control on, if you need any help just ask the chat
room admin.Admins will ban any user who may use bad language
or profanity inside chat. Chat
Sysop: A person managing the whole chat service,
Sysops available to help providing you the best chat
experience, you can ask for his/her help inside chat room.
3. What is Chat Room Moderator?
Chat Moderator:
is a person with a different color nickname and some
authority power inside the chat room, he/she is there for
your help, if you need help you can ask a chat moderator to
help you inside the chat room.
4. What do you mean by ban?
Ban means to be kicked (Disconnected from chat) out of the
chat room for breaking the
Chat Rules.
5. Why I Have Been Banned From Chat?
The only reason will get you kicked or
banned out of a chat room is acting against the
Chat Rules and proper behavior, like using profanity,
flooding, swearing or doing any other act that harm the
feelings of other chatters, Porn and political chat may end
with a ban out of the chat room too.
Even we always try
to make sure only bad people get kicked or banned from chat
room, some times you may get banned by a mistake, like a
nickname looks exactly like a bad user nickname or an IP
similar to a bad person, we are sorry if something happens
with you, you can come back to the chat after a period of
time, or tell an admin inside another chat room you were
kicked by mistake and he will solve the problem.
6.How long I need to rejoin chat after a ban?
When you get kicked or banned from a chat
room, the time of ban will be clear in the kick message you
get from the chat server, if you don't see a time period,
then the ban is a permanent 24 hours ban, you can come back
to chat after the ban period is finished.
(Please respect others and don't
force us to use the ban function).
7. Do you share my information with any third party organization?
We don't share any privacy information of
our chatters with any other third-party, this mean
that we wont share your (Name, Email, Date of birth, Place
or any other personal information) with any person.
Our servers, as any other web-server,
automatically records some
visitors information. These include the time and date of the
visit, the IP of the visitor, the name of the Internet
browser, the operating system, the country,
the referrer URL.These information are
summarized and non personal. It allows us improve the site
content to fit our visitors needs. In
the same time it helps our advertisers understand the
statistical distribution of our visitors.

8. How to Invite my friends to chat?
Inviting friends to our chat!? we really
appreciate that, thanks in advance, just provide your friend
with the direct url of the chat room, or inside chat room,
click the messenger icon near font settings, enter your
email and password and our systems will send an automated
invite to your contact list.
9. How to share chat link on Facebook, MySpace, Google and Twitter?
In the upper right corner of the chat room,
you will find a Share Button,
click it and you will find information how to share chat
link with almost all available famous social networks...
10. Where I can Play Flash Games?

11. I want to be an Admin or a Moderator!
Thanks for your interest in being a chat
admin, but currently we are not accepting any Admins or
moderators application, thanks again for your interest.
12. How to Start Private Chat?
Starting a private chat is very easy, just
join
Chat Rooms List page, choose your preferred room, click
the link, and wait for chat to load, after that fil your
nickname and click the room name, when your inside the chat
room, you will see a list of chatters nicknames on the right
side of the chat room, double click on any chatter nickname
and a private chat window will open, have fun chatting in
private (chatters can stop private chat through chat
options).
13. Do You Save My Chat Log?
Our chat server save a 50kb of your personal
chat log, this log can only be viewed by yourself, no one
else can see it, even we as management do not know what do
you chat in private. so don't worry your privacy is
guaranteed.
14. I'm Allowed to Chat About Every Thing?
Basically yes, but be aware, chat about porn
or politics and terrorism isn't allowed, our chat service is
suitable for 15+ , so porn and political chat isn't a good
choice in such an environment. we do not allow or encourage
any terrorism- related chat.
