Chat loading speed depends on your internet
connection, if you have a slow connection you need to wait
for few seconds till the chat rooms list load, if you think
it is taking too much time, just refresh your page. if its
not working, maybe you need to
install the latest flash player from here.
2. Why "connection failed"?
If your sure you have the latest adobe flash
player, and that your connection is working probably then
try again within few minutes, every few days we need to
restart our servers to update some components, this should
not take more than few minutes usually, We apologize and
wish you try again within few minutes.
3. Can Chat Run on Slow Connections ?
Yes, Our chat service is optimized for
slow internet connections, a dial-up connection is enough
for joining chat, just wait in the first time you join for
few second for the chat skin to load, then you will find
re-joining faster than before.
Any way, if you still feel its slow, we have the light-chat
version, which comes with the minimal chat skin needed, you
can give it a try here:

4. What is AVATAR Chat Service?
AVATAR Chat, is a 3D characters chat rooms, when you
join chat, you choose your preferred character, and choose
the virtual area you would like to chat in (examples:
restaurant, park, games room...etc), then you join the chat
with your character, you can move inside the chat area, try

5. Can I Run Chat From My Mobile?
Yes you can, you just need to join the
Mobile Chat page, click on the mobile chat, enter your
name and choose a chat room and your in, note that you need
flash player to be installed on your mobile.,

6. Wrong User Name or Password?
Make sure your writing user name and password
correctly, be careful for the caps lock and the language. if
you still face a problem, talk to a chat admin inside
room,
or register a new nickname.
7. Wrong Flash Version Error?
This error happens with some chatters when
we update the chat service for a new version usually, just
clear you browser cash and
install the latest flash player from here. and you can
join chat rooms again.
8. Server Timed Out Trying to Connect?
This is caused by a dc in your internet
connection usually, make sure your connection is working
probably, refresh the chat page and you will be able to
rejoin.
9. How to View My Chat Log?
Chat log is a record of the latest
50kb of
your chat (public and private), your the only person who can
view this log, we Admins cannot see your chat log, and we do
not save the private chat log either, to view your chat log,
go to Options in the right side corner of chat window, you
will find chat log settings there under the cache tab..
10. How to Change My Membership and Chat Options?
All Chat options can be edited through
clicking on the Options button in the upper right corner of
the chat screen, you can find all options you need there.
11. How to Move between Chat Rooms?
There is 2 ways to move between chat rooms,
first is to choose the chat room from the chat rooms list
when you load the chat, the second way is to move through
the drop down menu available inside chat room at the upper
left corner.
Chat Cache Setting, is the setting related to
your cache size, we mean by cache here, the size of old
conversations between you and other chatters inside chat
rooms, this size is 50kb by default, you can delete the
cache of your chat any time by using the option button in
the upper top corner of chat screen, this cache old chat
logs can be seen only by you.
14. Do You Provide Video and Sound Chat Service?
Unfortunately not yet, we will announce
members and visitors when we launch the sound-video high
quality chat we are planning to start.
15. What is Chat Theme?
Chat theme is how you see the chat room writing area, you can choose from many chat themes, like white blank chat theme, light blue rectangles chat theme and more, those
themes are available inside chat option.
